Why This Reference Exists
New Mexico does not provide one public statewide warrant search in the sources reviewed for Valencia County. A person may start with Case Lookup, then discover that the case is municipal, that the public view is limited, or that the needed document is a VCSO or detention record. The issuing court controls the court order, while the sheriff and detention center hold different agency records.
Valencia County adds a practical geography issue. District Court is on Highway 314, Magistrate Court I is on Main Street in Los Lunas, the sheriff is on Luna Avenue, and detention is on Courthouse Road. Belen has separate state and municipal courts on Becker Avenue. Clear labels help a reader contact the right office instead of treating every phone number as a warrant line.

What This Reference Cannot Do
Valencia County Warrant Records is privately operated and has no connection to a court, sheriff’s office, police department, or state agency. It cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists. It cannot recall, quash, cancel, or remove an order, post bond, accept payment, set a court date, or provide individualized legal advice.
- It cannot certify a complete county, state, or federal warrant history.
- It cannot promise that a public search result is current or complete.
- It cannot turn a police, sheriff, or detention record into a court disposition.
- It cannot apply Belen’s local procedure to another city.
- It cannot publish private names, juvenile identities, photos, or live warrant entries as a roster.
Only the office that keeps the record can confirm its current status. Use the official court, agency, or detention route linked on the relevant page.
Sponsored Search Partners
Some content pages contain general public-record search widgets supplied by outside providers. Those services set their own prices, terms, and results. A referral fee may support the operation of the reference, but a sponsored result is not an official Valencia County warrant check.
For a court record, contact the issuing clerk. For VCSO or detention records, use the county’s NextRequest portal. For a federal case, use the District of New Mexico or PACER. The footer legal notice explains the separate consumer-reporting limits that apply to this private reference.
